- Lasagna (layers of bolognese, bechamel, ricotta and mozzarella), vegetable lasagna.
- Substitutes
- No-boil lasagna sheets can be used 1:1 if the sauce is made slightly thinner. Failing that, use dumpling wrappers or thinly rolled fresh pasta dough.
- Storage
- Dried sheets keep 1-2 years at room temperature. Fresh sheets keep 2-3 days refrigerated, 2 months frozen.
