- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce = 2 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp mirin + 1 tbsp sugar (+ 1 tbsp sake), reduced by half.

- Unopened: 1 year at room temperature. Opened: 1-3 months in the fridge; homemade, 2 weeks in the fridge.
