Cook's tip

Generous greasing is the secret to clean release; a silicone tin makes it even easier. Leftovers keep 2 days in the fridge and crisp up again in 8 minutes at 180 °C.

Cooking it at camp

Bake at home, cool and pack in a sealed box in the cooler. At camp, rewarm them in a covered pan or at the edge of the grill on low heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Bring the jam in a jar.
