Beef and Broccoli Garlic Butter Spaghetti
East meets Italy: the oyster-soy savour of beef and broccoli tossed with spaghetti, butter, garlic and Parmigiano for a glossy one-plate pasta.

Cook's tip
Oyster sauce and Parmigiano are both salty, so the pasta water is salted more lightly than usual; taste only at the end. Linguine or fresh ramen noodles work well instead of spaghetti.
Cooking it at camp
Boil the pasta and broccoli in one pot, drain, then make the butter sauce in the same pot to save washing up. Marinate the beef at home and carry it in the cooler.
