Add in this stepHot cooked short-grain rice 400 gSpring onions, finely sliced 1Toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp
Cook's tip
Caramel burns fast, so add the next ingredients as soon as it is a deep honey colour. Yellowtail or chicken thigh also work well instead of salmon. For heat, add sliced chilli to the sauce.
Cooking it at camp
All you need is one burner and a small pan. Reheat microwaveable rice or cook it in a camping pot, and boil the eggs at home to keep it simple. Keep the salmon cold in the cooler and cook it on the first day.
