Cook's tip
A gooey center is the point of this dessert, but if you prefer it fully set, bake 3 to 4 minutes longer. A different pan size changes the thickness and therefore the baking time, so stick to the skillet size given.
Cooking it at camp
A perfect campfire dessert. Bring the dough from home, press it into the skillet, cover with a lid or foil and bake over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes; with a Dutch oven, put coals on the lid to cook the top. Keep the ice cream in the cooler with dry ice.
