Cook's tip
Prefer a set yolk? Boil the eggs for 9 minutes; fully cooked eggs are the safer choice for young children, pregnant women and older or vulnerable people. A ripe avocado gives slightly when pressed near the stem.
Cooking it at camp
Boil the eggs on a camp stove and toast the bread on a grill or in a pan for a great campsite breakfast. Toast the peanuts at home and keep the avocado and lahpet in the cooler.
