Cook's tip

Always sift the matcha and mix it to a paste with a little milk first, or it clumps. The sugar is lower than the classic because white chocolate is sweet. A spoonful of sweet red bean paste makes it even more Japanese.

Cooking it at camp

Crumble baked pastry or croissants into cups, pour over matcha milk heated on the burner, cover and leave for 3 minutes; no oven needed. Keep the milk and cream in the cooler.
