Cook's tip
Leave out the cayenne for children. If the sauce thickens as it stands, loosen it with a spoonful of warm cream or milk, and never let it boil or the chocolate may split.
Cooking it at camp
Let the batter rise in a lidded tub; for the sauce, warm the cream in a small pan, take it off the heat and melt the chocolate in it. Fry in a small, heavy pot on a stable burner and shake the puff-puff with the cinnamon sugar in a zip bag.
