Tacos with Guacamole
A Mexican dish of meat marinated in lime and spices, grilled and wrapped in corn tortillas.
Method
Heat a pan or grill over high heat and cook the marinated meat for 3 to 4 minutes per side. You cook up to 250 g at a time, so this amount takes 1 batch(es), in total. Rest for 5 minutes, then chop finely.

high heatMash the avocado coarsely with a fork. Finely chop the other guacamole ingredients and mix them in.

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan (medium-high heat) for 30 seconds per side and stack them in pairs. This takes in total.

Cook's tip
Pressing cling film directly onto the surface of the guacamole slows browning.
Cooking it at camp
A classic grill dish. Marinate the meat at home and warm the tortillas at the edge of the grill.
