Brûléed Banana Boat Yogurt Bowls with Skillet Granola
Bananas halved in their peel, sugar-crusted and seared into crackly caramel, served on Greek yogurt with a quick skillet granola, berries and honey: a camp brunch bowl.

Add in this stepGreek yogurt 240 gFresh blueberries or other berries 80 gHoney 2 tsp
Cook's tip
Very soft bananas collapse in the pan, so choose yellow ones with hardly any freckles. Caramel burns quickly: take the pan off the heat as soon as it darkens. You can also toast the granola at home and bring it in a zip bag.
Cooking it at camp
At home, make it exactly the same way on the stove. If you have a kitchen torch, you can torch the sugared cut sides instead for a true brûlée crust.
