Cook's tip
Add the milk at the last moment so the pancakes don't go soggy. Sliced strawberries or banana add colour. Freeze leftover mini pancakes in an airtight box and microwave for 20 seconds to refresh.
Cooking it at camp
Cook the mini pancakes at home and pack them in an airtight box, with the milk and cream in a cooler. At the campsite, just tip them into bowls and add the bean paste, cream and milk for an easy breakfast. If whipping is a hassle, use yoghurt instead of cream.
