Cook's tip
Always warm the tortilla or it will tear when you fold it. Toast the folded side first so it doesn't open up. No corn tortillas? A handful of unsalted tortilla chips gives the same crunch.
Cooking it at camp
Bring the filling and sauce from home and just fold and toast at the campsite. In a pan on the burner or on a griddle over the grill, press the wraps with a pot lid so they seal. A big hit with kids.
