Cook's tip

If the wrapper edges brown too fast, lay a loose sheet of foil over the tin for the last bake. For no heat, swap the chili crisp for a little sriracha or honey mixed into the mayo. Freeze leftover filling and you can make these in 15 minutes next time.

Cooking it at camp

No oven? Turn it into a pan dumpling pizza: line a lidded nonstick pan with wrappers, spread the filling thinly, cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, then melt the cheese on top. Make the filling at home and keep it in the cooler.
