Folded Kimbap Square (Four-Quadrant Seaweed Sandwich)
The viral fold hack: rice, luncheon meat, egg and cheese, and stir-fried kimchi in four quarters of one seaweed sheet, folded into a square and pan-toasted.

Cook's tip
Leave a 1 cm border bare on each quarter, or the filling will squeeze out when you fold. Luncheon meat is salty, so season the rice lightly. Swap any quarter for tuna mayo, bulgogi or avocado.
Cooking it at camp
Cook the kimchi, luncheon meat and eggs in turn in one pan, then toast the folded squares in the same pan for less washing up. Seaweed tears when it gets damp, so carry it in a zip bag.
