Cook's tip
Leave a little flour on the noodles for a thicker broth; for a clear broth, boil them separately and rinse before adding. Anchovy stock also works instead of chicken. The noodles soften quickly, so eat straight away.
Cooking it at camp
A one-pot noodle soup that suits camping well. Make the garlic oil and dressing at home and bring them in small jars; a stock cube can replace the stock. Keep the minced pork in the cooler (below 5 °C).
