Cook's tip
Eggs that are a few days old peel more easily than very fresh ones. If the whites wobble, slice a sliver off the bottom so they sit flat. For more heat, add a few drops of hot sauce to the yolk cream.
Cooking it at camp
Boil the eggs at home and keep them in their shells; carry the yolk cream in a zip bag in the cooler. At camp, just peel, pipe and top.
