Cook's tip
Adjust the heat with the gochujang; for children, leave it out and add an extra half tablespoon of soy sauce. A little finely chopped kimchi cooked with the beef adds a tangy note that loves the sweet plantain.
Cooking it at camp
Marinate the bulgogi at home and carry it in the cooler. At the campsite, line a Dutch oven with baking paper, build the layers and bake for 25–35 minutes with coals above and below, or cook in a heavy lidded pan on a burner over low heat until the egg is completely set.
