Cook's tip

Bars cut warm fall apart: chill them first and wipe the knife between cuts. Because of the cream cheese, keep them in the fridge and eat within 3 days.

Cooking it at camp

Bake at home, cut, and pack in a lidded box in the cooler; they're cream cheese bars, so keep them cold.
